Blocked auto bay

I used poor judgement and started a concrete project today thinking I could move things in a few hours, but turns out I should wait longer before moving them, so there is half a ton of concrete disks blocking half the auto bay until I can return Thursday night to move them.

I should have poured them while on a pallet so I could move them around immediately.

What’s that… a project left in automotive while the owner isn’t there?

~1000 pounds of deadweight right before your eyes…

I’m thinking we need a longer release mechanism for that beast.

When is the earliest they can be moved?

Wednesday October 5th after around 5pm they could be rolled onto the pallet that is sitting next to them, I just can’t make it back up before thursday night, but if anyone wants a workout can move them then.

Normally I’d say a one month ban… the Chair has been vocal about putting stuff back. But, stuff happens.

Was he wearing sunglasses indoors?

They’re legit safety glasses, and while they are mirror-finish, they have no shading to them.

The Cool factor is important.

As an only somewhat-related point - I linked the auto bay camera to the tools listing on the wiki so folks don’t have to remember where the link is.

This is the second picture where I’m reminded of Bigfoot. Maybe I’m him.
