Blitzen down - unable to adjust z-axis

Tried to use Blitzen and only the negative z-axis works. Can not get tray to move in the positive direction. The laser seems to work and is communicating with the PC.

Someone did come by and was able to get it to work. It was finicky.

Could be out of level, if it’s bad that can cause movement issues in the Z axis.

I kept getting the not able to communicate with device error. 7/4/20 @10AM. Reconnected USB. Still did not work.

There’s a special USB cable Im about to order that will hopefully solve this problem. Usually some number (2-4) of rebooting the laser and reseating the cable makes it work, it’s very intermittent.
