For those that like to bang on metal, the annual conference of the North Texas Blacksmith Association is this Saturday. The guest lecturer is Brent Bailey who’s gonna talk about hammers and how to make them (the one I made with him on Wednesday is in the Show and Tell thread). He’s really talented and a heck of a nice guy.
In addition to the lecture, there are contests, raffles, an auction, and of course plenty of banging on hot metal.
