What are their work hours going to be?
Generally business hours. Though they may work late some nights.

FYI, most normal construction hours are 7-3:30

Thanks! I have to be careful around loud noises and just wanted to know when to stay away or make sure to bring ear protection. 
When they sand the tape and bed, I suggest we close off the two doors into the flex area. In the perfect world we would also plastic/tape those two doors until the sanding and its cleanup are complete.
Iām assuming the ramp/dock into the south warehouse is still available?
Yes, it is still open. Only the north ramp is closed right now.
They will be hanging plastic around their work before they start that.
