Big Thunder is back up. I cleaned it out and leveled the bed. I helped Michael clean and align the lenses.
For best results cutting and scanning place materials in the top left corner of the laser bed.

Is cleaning out under there something anyone can do after they use it, or do you need to wait for someone to do it on an official maintenance period?
It requires unlocking the front panel of the laser, so you’d need access to the upper lockbox behind fusion for the keys. If you want to you can message me for the code.
