Big Thunder File Download not working

This is my first time using the laser since my class last week. I have a project for a trade show that I am working on that needs to be completed today… I have the file looking good in RDWORKSV8. When I click the download button I get an error reading a minute or two later saying RDworks has stopped working. I then have to close out of the program… If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be a huge help. Also if you are at the space I can meet you anytime Sunday or Monday if needed.

Have you tried rebooting the laser cutter? I believe you have to turn both switches off then turn both on.
They are on the right side of the cabinet when facing the machine.

The problem could be related to the number of files stored on the machine. I honestly have no idea what happens when all the slots are filled; I always empty the machine’s “file space” before starting. From the top panel, click File, then right arrow, then arrow down to Delete, then Enter, then wait, then Enter. To delete the second file start with a right arrow.
