A big thank you to Raymond for dropping off a pile of Safety glasses. These were some good 3M glasses. It won’t be long before they disappear but until then be safe.
Thanks Nick!
I wanted them to go where they would be used. I was cleaning the garage and also dropped a bunch of disposable dust masks off for @Team_Metal_Shop, 2 25-packs nitrile gloves to @Team_Vector, a box of Cat5e to @Team_Infrastructure, and a cabinet to @Team_Glass.
I also dropped off about a dozen stainless steel hand shovels used for metal detecting. I think most of those went to go to some folks who were going to use them when fossil hunting.
Raymond
Man, that’s some garage you’ve got Raymaond!
I forgot the jack stands, ramps, and floor jack that @TLAR picked up at my place too.
I’m having to make room for new garage cabinets and to rearrange the whole garage layout to accomodate a new tool that’s waiting on me to open it.
Is it still filled with “Wonder”?
Raymond,
If you need a hand - let me know - I’m almost right across the street most of the time…
A bit.
I still have an old SWTPC 6800 system with full documentation, a few pinball testbeds,
@denzuko - you interested in a couple of TRS-80 printers? One is a DMP 132 and the other a DMP-133.
I also have an Apple CD-600 internal CD-ROM drive if you want it too.
Thanks Tom!
I’m going to be spending most of tomorrow getting the cabinets leveled and bolted in place.
I’ll be at my store Monday afternoon - if you happen to need a hand etc.
I’d like to see your new gadget and the new cabinets some time
Thanks!
I hope to have the other big locker cabinet installed tonight. The lockers and lower cabinets are 24" deep while the uppers are 12. A friend from the arcade scene helped me get the 3 uppers installed yesterday. The cabinets not only bolt to the wall, they bolt into each other.
I can always use another SWTP.
Do you know offhand whether it has an MP-A or MP-A2 CPU board? MP-C or MP-S serial board?
Looks good!
24" deep makes for a great amount of storage! Are they metal?
They are HEAVY… 18ga steel with 19ga doors. They have long nylon leg levelers on the bottom and soft close doors and drawers.
Not yet… It’s buried over on the other side of the garage, waiting for me to finish cabinets and rearrange everything.
If you ever decide to get rid of the pinball test beds keep me in mind… I am building up the capability to do more pinball board repairs and testing in my shop. I keep acquiring boards for parts, repair or hopefully some working boards from pinball shows and from parts games…
BTW, thanks for the help with troubleshooting the MPU board for Dolly Parton last Thursday night.
