Ya I was really impressed. My guess is that lots of sites are out floating around and are being developed with Creative Commons licensing - but it’s cool that they are locals . I like the urban hacking aspect - the ability to make/put in accessibility ramps on street corners. That stuff can be expensive and hard to source for people. What’s a sheet of plywood $40ish? Just awesome
I also get weepy (and my entire class too) when I watch the 3D printing of limbs accessibility videos. That’s some powerful stuff.
A sheet of 3/4 inch thick plywood is $24 on up at home depot.
I buy all my plywood in special places, special stuff, you’ve never seen better - just fabulous - best plywood in the world, you’ll see it’s wonderful, simply wonderful

Well I just got an email and Facebook notice (By my fake Facebook account thus the Nada) from someone with Better blocks - they know of us (and they like us) and would like to discuss a potential collaboration for the Festival of Ideas (http://thedallasfestival.com) I went to one talk last year.
I told them I might not be the best person to be the point person so I’ll wait to hear back about more specifics and let everyone know. Hopefully this will be a wonderful thing for all involved. @Team_Woodshop @Team_PR I will get you the information when I have it or they might post it themselves(I gave them the link to this thread)

I am interested. If they maybe want to do a hackathon before hand and use the CNC I can help.
