Best new laptop for around $800

I am looking for a laptop to be used for my Makerspace endeavors.
I would like to use it for the following:
-Photoshop
-solid works
-fusion360
-all around compatibility for all things DMS

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Black Friday is coming up. Usually good deals can be found then. I bought my last year during Black Friday. It’s a Lenovo S340. i5-8265u. 8 gig mem. 240 gig SSD. It would do all you have listed. I paid around $400 for it.

Last year I bought a $600 15-inch ASUS Vivobook and maxed out the RAM, added an M.2 SSD, and replaced the stock SSD with a 512GB Samsung 860. Total was a little more than $800 - could’ve recouped some of that by selling the stock RAM and SSD but I just passed them on to one of my kids.

It runs Photoshop / Lightroom / Illustrator peppily-enough for hobby work.

I did not look up the speed tests on the processer, ect. But it looks like a deal.
