Thanks all that came out to the brew day and stuck through it all with all the hive of activity going on at DMS today. I’m hoping to do this at least once a month if not more often.

We brewed an American style IPA, specifically a Bell’s Two Hearted clone. If anybody that participated would like to have some when it’s ready, just let me know. I spent $40 on ingredients, so I’ll just split it evenly with whoever wants some. It works out to be $5 a six-pack. So if you think you might some, let me know how much and I’ll allocate to everybody that’s interested and distribute it out when I bottle in 3 weeks time.
That being said, I know IPA’s aren’t everybody’s favorite style, so here and now is your chance to nominate the style of beer you want to brew next. For the next class we can brew whatever is the most popular choice.
