Bad solder joint, or ripped PCB?

Can y’all have a look at the attached picture? Is this a fixable point? The black wire can unattached, but it seems to have paper or surface material connected to it…

Looks like the wire was yanked so hard it took the copper pad off the board.

Thank you. Any thoughts of where I can get one
tonight? Micro Center doesn’t help

Not enough information.

What’s the size, distance between mounting holes, thickness, and voltage?

It looks like a side exit fan so you might have to fabricate something like a mount and air redirector. You can find those things on thingiverse.

You might be able to repair that one if you have enough copper left on the fan. Scrape the coating off the trace, tin it with a bit of solder, and reattach the wire. Use some hot glue to stabilize it and keep it in place.

It’s a 5015 blower fan

There’s still a large portion of the copper AFAICT. Scrape away the solder mask and very fixable IMO.

Scrape off the solder mask in this area and resolder the black wire.

@frank_lima My technique would have made you cringe; however, the fan is working, and my Prusa MK3 has passed the self-test. Thanks for your help.
