I’m going to resort to “the short answer” again. The short answer is yes. Unfortunately I don’t think I have enough time for this project right now. Feel free to shoot questions my way though. I’ve used Arducopter since the APM was only available as a kit you had to solder yourself and I have more than a decade of experience with computer graphics which includes some photogrammetry and LIDAR jobs.
Try talking to these people, who were/are working on some of what you’re trying to do. I think. You still haven’t really said what you want to do beyond a sort of vague concept.
