I am laminating some printed C1S to chipboard and then want to cut out some tokens. Do any of the laser cutters have auto registration? If not, I guess I could line up the laser with some of the registration marks on the paper. Any other suggestions?

Don’t think so.
Is your stuff printed consistently from sheet to sheet? If so, start with a sheet of cardboard larger than your sheet. Make your first cut the outline of the sheet. Leaving the exterior in place, remove the interior section (might want to weight it down on the bed). Now you can place your sheet inside the cutout and you will have a consistent location to place your sheet to proceed with the other cutouts.
Thanks John. Yes it is. That’s a good suggestion. The sheets will be letter sized, so I could just some size for the outer frame that’s a bit larger.
The jig is definitely a good idea. I will try that out.
