I’m looking for an authorized welder to weld 2 plates on to some angle iron can any one help, morning or weekends are best thanks
Don Reynolds
Zach could help you.
Zach are you available available Sunday afternoon or mornings next week? I’m buying lunch
I appreciate the offer, but I won’t be back at DMS until sometime mid-week for a class. I’m also a bit loaded for a few weeks on my own projects.
There are a few options: other welders at DMS might want to take this job on for some $, a professional welder might do it for $$ or $$$, and, the most maker-ish of options, you can take the Welding Safety and MIG Welding classes to do it on your own. I recommend the latter if you think you’ll ever do anything like this again, as welding is very rewarding.
See the thread below for the professional option.

Thanks Zach.
Any welders for hire out there? I have 2 4x4 angle irons I need plates welded to.
I would consider, but my self imposed limits include not doing “structural” work for others.
