Let’s play ARTEMIS on Friday. With game-controlled lighting!
For those who don’t know, ARTEMIS is a space ship bridge simulator game. Every “ship” needs multiple players to control the helm, weapons, engineering, communications, etc.
I’ve got a small lighting setup I’ll be bringing that reacts to events in the game. Red alert? The lights flash red. Take ship damage? The lights dim and flicker.
Where: Lecture Hall. This will be streamed as part of the Meta Bus^2 event. See http://metab.us
When: Friday, 11/20, 8 PM – 11 PM. Late-comers welcome. You’re also welcome to keep the game going afterwards on your own.
What to bring: You will need a Windows-based PC/laptop to play. I already have a game license for everyone on one ship.
