Mental health and creativity go hand in hand for me. What are some things you do to express yourself? I love learning new ways to process.
If I jumped the gun on an individual I apologize. I’m a very tolerant person. That was the only time I’ve ever experienced something like that regarding my child and membership at an organization. If you don’t know what I’m referring to disregard.

To the question, what do you do to process things, usually tell myself “this too will pass”, a friend told me that, and find it helpful to cherish nice experiences, and get past difficulties. Thanks for posting.

Yesterday was a lesson (forgive yourself), today is a work in progress (embrace the now), and tomorrow is a brand new journey that needs no baggage. Just go learn things … what to do and what not to do. If you aren’t missing some targets and having a few “fails” along the way, you probably have a foot on the brake instead of the accelerator. Sometimes we need to be more like plants and appreciate that a little life manure added to the mix can spark growth!
