I saw that on my feed this morning and got a little excited because I saw free then I got to the spend $50 part. Also I’ve never used arrow are they like a normal place to use or more towards the hella sketch Wish place
I’ve used arrow a few times, they became my go-to distributer. Shipping is fast and free, prices are decent.
Effectively this is a buy two Raspberry Pi’s, get a 3rd one free since two cost > $50.
Normal, reliable, good vendor on the level of what you would get from Mouser, Newark, Allied Electronics, Jameco, Avnet, etc…
