Does anybody know if printed ABS chew toys safe for dogs?
It would seem not

Not food safe for humans. Tend to splinter when broken. Both are good reasons NOT to use them as dog chew toys.
Making a mold from a 3D printed part is always an option.

This is the main issue I have with this, those fine PLA threads could tear up the dog’s intestines.
what about the various types of Ninjaflex? Nylon? semirigid stuff from Microcenter?
Ninjaflex is really tough stuff but it’d still become stringy fibers when torn. I’d imagine most dog toys are made of a TPU or silicon resin anyway.
What about the ninjaflex semiflex? The one that gets stronger the more you stretch it?
How do these materials decompose?
