Happy to report that @Adam_Oas is going to have PR take over the pot luck planning after this one - so this is my try to shake the stick at people. I love this stepping down my own personal energy thing - people are stepping up and being super positive.

All you gotta do is take on what you want to take on and let the other stuff fade away. You have a good team to support this area just delegate out things and you’re going to promote lots of positive changes. Please please please don’t think anything is set in stone - new energy and ideas are vital. Some of the stuff I do is a straight waste of energy- I enjoy exhaustion.
