So Im moving away for a new job and I have to break my lease. I would love for someone to take over this lease and start a new one, Im not sure how it works but I know this is a really great place to take over, I really am bummed I can’t take it with me but here are some details:
- 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Lots of closet space, about 960 sq feet. New kitchen floor, New carpeting, Heating and Air, Balcony with storage.
- I have 3 months left on the lease,
- they are offering me a really great deal to renew the lease about $950 for 12 months
- the address is: 9517 Valley Ranch Pkwy E, Apt 2062, Irving TX 75067.
- its close to DMS, you can completely avoid any freeways to get there.
- the area is pretty and has a great trail within walking distance called “campion trail” I have enjoyed many bike rides and walks there.
- lots of restaurants close by.

I can’t express how much I like this apartment and hope one of you would like to take over.
Im moving out on the 26th, its really close, but hopefully one of you is ok with that.
