Anyone Up for a Backgammon Tournament?

I’m thinking about having a backgammon tournament, if enough are interested. Finding a way to generate and manage a tournament bracket online is fairly easy. I wasn’t able to find a site that lets a group set-up a private, invite-only area, though…I think that would make the experience a little better and allow folks to observe games in action if they wanted, kind of like a Boring Twitch (portmanteau == “Bitch”?).

So, a few items:

-1) If you are interested in participating, and only if you are interested in participating, please just ‘like’ this post; no need to actually reply.

-2) If you are specifically aware of a site that allows for private, invite-only rooms/tournaments, then please suggest. Note, an invite-only room is not the same as setting up a new room or new tournament or new whatever on most the sites I looked at…those typically anyone registered can join in.

-3) I suppose we can let pairs of opponents figure out what/where/how to have their match, if a suitable site with invite-only room feature everyone can join & use is not identified.

-4) If there seems like enough interest by whatever arbitrary “declare you interest” cut-off date is set (a few days hence, I guess), I’ll send out a PM to interested parties and we can proceed from there.

Who’s in? (don’t reply, just “like”!)

Interest Check Bump (1 of 4).

After a quick search, I found https://skillgamesboard.com/ allows 1v1 gaming against a known opponent. Free service. Only has a limited number of classic games, but backgammon is one of them. Here’s the Home page once logged in:
