Is this the same stuff that mousepads are made of? I have wondered this same thing for making board game playing mats.

You can get mouse pads to dye-sublimate for very reasonable prices if you want them for board game playing mats.

I am looking for a few yards of the stuff though. Basically, I want it to be the size of my table top. I am guessing that it is just fabric covered neoprene, I am just not sure because when I search for that I get a ton of different options and can’t figure out which one it is haha.

Try this site look under neoprene fabric covered. Have different types of covering.
