Anyone have any experience with nGen

Acquiring a Lulzbot TAZ6 and considering using nGen filament. Anyone have any experience with this material?

I do not run 3D printers myself but I work with engineers who make parts for me. We have a Stratasys Dimension 1200es and a huge 3DP table-sized printer. I normally use the Stratasys for all my projects. It prints the parts nearly perfectly pretty much every time. However, the cost of the filament is ludicrous.

I had a project this week that required about $500 worth of Stratasys filament and I decided to try the 3DP printer instead. I have watched our employees make bunches of failed prints on the 3DP as they experimented with many types of filaments. I asked that they please select a filament that will be mostly likely to get the part made on the first print. The engineer said that I should definitely choose nGen. I ordered a 2.2 kg spool of black from ColorFabb on Monday and it arrived from the Netherlands by Friday (pretty impressive). I just picked up the first part today and it worked very well. It was a large part and it had a little warping, but to be honest it exceeded my expectations. So… at our company nGen has a reputation of being very forgiving and user friendly, but the parts are supposedly easier to break compared to PLA. By the way, he ran the extruder at 225 C.
