Hey everyone,
I’m rehabbing a spinal fusion and working on nerve and muscle issues. One of the exercises I do in physical therapy is toss a small medicine ball into a trampoline rebounder. I’m finding this excise very helpful and want to do it outside of my therapy session.
Do any of you by chance have a medicine ball rebounder you would be willing to loan for a month or two? I’m hoping you bought this in a fitness push, but find your not using it as often as you though.
