Anyone else catch the NPR reloading story this morning?

NPR aired a short segment on a few reloaders who regularly go to the Eagle gun range in Lewisville. It was on early this morning at about 7 am and is part of their current series on guns in America.

They focused on cost and accuracy of ammunition as a central theme to the story and described the bare basics of reloading.

Pretty neat.

Heard it yesterday on the drive home. Sounded like a positive piece

Didn’t hear it. Is this it?

Caught the first few minutes the other day (they often air segments like this multiple times) and it sounded like it was really just addressing the technical aspects of the hobby.

You’re correct but I’m happy they didn’t give it the typical yellow journalism bashing

Guns In America segments are generally pretty thoughtful, avoiding the begged question finger-pointing common in coverage of firearms. They also don’t seem to interview angry borderline inarticulate people, another way to slant coverage.

I used to contribute to NPR, maybe I should give them another chance. :slightly_smiling_face:
