Fred has parts for pneumatics. Partial list:
tubing and fittings
valves and regulators
solenoid controllers
pistons, filters, manifolds, etc.
Anyone interested?

Didn’t you tell me last fall you were working with a Pumpkin Chucking group?
It never went anywhere. They hold it every year.
Ummmm…me thinks your scale might be slightly off here…
Could certainly be, I know nothing about the subject, but from watching Pumpkin Chuckin on TV know that pneumatics are involved!
I’ve built a 3lb battlebot with onboard pneumatics that powered a flipper. Worked very well.
I would be interested im working on desiging a powerd plastic injection machine. Let me know when and how to look at the stuff.
Pneumatics work well that’s for sure, as long as the air is clean & dry. Our office threw away a lot of that stuff a few years ago.
First things first:
It’s PUNKIN
not Pumpkin.
and it’s CHUNKIN
not Chuckin.
So now that’s out of the way…
Yeah, I thought punkin chunkin used strictly trebuchet technology; never seen pneumatics, though to be honest, never really paid THAT much attention…
damn.
Now I’ve gotta go watch some more and TRY to pay ATTENTION to the power sources…
Oh, yeah, I’ve got huge interest in pneumatics projects, several in mind and would love to have some of this stuff. However, since my garage is already full of “junk” and my time is largely already spoken for, I’ll pass on lightening Fred’s burden, much as that kills me…
EDIT: Dang! Just checked out the “registered machines” page on the link above, and there’s air (no fancy-pants “pneumatics” with their silent letters and such!!!), trebuchet, torsion, centrifugal…
Air cannons are the distance champions.
Well, yeah. I can see that NOW!
I don’t know HOW I missed these!
pneumatics, to keep it on topic.
