I am hoping to get my car on the lift today to swap out some parts, but I see on the camera feed that someone is using it currently.
Is there any way to get in touch with someone up there to see how long this person might be on the lift?

We have intentionally reduced the resolution of the automotive camera feed so license plates aren’t discernible externally. At that resolution, faces can also difficult to identify.
Your only option is to appeal on talk to have someone walk over and ask the person and report back …
