Either way if it can be the target or the ammo it should be able to take it.

I think for all of this you are better off using a icicle or ice knife and throwing it.

Maybe if I 3D print a gun and then dissolve it in acetone, it won’t leave any evidence.

Or maybe it will spontaneously dissolve upon the first use, sparing you the trouble of futzing with acetone. Wear a face shield, shop apron, and welder’s gloves just to be sure you don’t leave any … evidence … embedded in your person.
