Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there was someone who is experienced with the laser cnc that would be willing to help me with a Christmas project / gift. I am making a lightbox with a logo for the company I work for. I bought a 24x36 sheet of aluminum and have the logo as a vector file. But I’m not signed off on the laser cutter and have never used it before. I am willing to meet at your convenience. If you are able to sign me off and give me a quick tutorial I’d be happy with that as well.

You’ll need @Team_Metal_Shop and the Dynatorch (cnc plasma cutter) to cut aluminium. Our laser cutters will only cut materials like wood/plastic/leather.

Come to hot process tutoring tonight. We could cut the part, maybe do training depending on what instructors are there and who needs help.
