Any Android Programmers in the group that know about Rooting?

Hi, I have been able to root most any device due to the hard work of others far more experienced than myself, thanks to one click root methods, Odin, and all the other root methods but i have finally encountered a device made by NEC that to date has no record of ever being rooted. it can achieve temp root but anything dealing with the NAND will not stick due to it not allowing SU commands (go figure.) Any who i was wondering if someone with the know how and free time would be willing to work with me to not only teach me the ins and outs of the root process from a dev standpoint but also help me to get this device rooted and out to the few users that use the device and would love to achieve root on it.

I’m probably showing my ignorance here, but I have used TowelRoot for my android and it is the easiest root ever. Load it, run it. Doesn’t even need a reboot. It was developed for the AT&T Galaxy S5 but does cover some other phones. There was no root for over half a year for this phone until the program was developed. The guy has done this program and many others including IPhone jailbreaks.

Take a look and tell me what you think. I’m willing to guess that you had better be a bit of a genius regarding the works of the phone and with a ton of free time on your hand in order to develop a root for a phone that has not been rooted. There was a bounty of over $50,000 for developing a root for the At&T S5 and tons of people working on it and it still took over half a year.

wont work, the nand is believed to be locked this is quite the phone and w/o someone that really knows there stuff root wont happen
