If it were stolen (not likely) I’d love to see you describe it.
If in a wreck, would love to argue with adjuster over the value and costs of repairs. “Dude, do you know what saw-blade bumper guards cost these days? Let alone installation cost?”

those 4 inch steel tubes were like 1/3 the bill when we bought all the metal for the add ons

Coming back from wasteland was the best, because most of us were wearing our “still technically in costume” clothes (i.e. minimum costume for when you just need to run to the restroom at night or when relaxing during the day).
Every gas station, the bus pulls up and out jump 6 people who look homeless.
Homeless, but armored.

I was a school bus driver while in college for private schools … I’d have loved to drive this baby up, I’d dress accordingly. Would greet each of them as they boarded in a hoarse quiet voice “We’re going be good today aren’t we?” while smiling.
