Annual Meeting 2020 Administration: tabulating and observing

The DMS 2020 Annual Meeting Administration will be this Friday at 19:00 (Calendar) ( Agenda). Due to Covid restrictions, attendance will be limited to invited members only. There will be no in-person voting.

In order to perform election administration, I need volunteers for the following:

  • Tabulators validate and count proxies
  • Observers
    • Transparency
    • Livestream the proceedings / respond to member inquiries
    • I request that Candidates for Board not participate as Observers

Please contact the Secretary if you would like to attend as a Tabulator or Observer.
