Free class is https://calendar.dallasmakerspace.org/events/view/4522

For some odd reason the calendar keeps injecting a $25 fee on some of my classes.

Please let me know when you get it going, I’m in!

Its live on the calendar.

Registered.

Just want to make sure the times are correct, seemed odd. 1 hour on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday?

Yes, its a short class but the second day is for app demos from students.

What platform are you teaching? I we enroll in the class, what can we do to be more prepared?

platform are you teaching?

If I’m understanding the question right. I would say that’s Android and Google Play. So anything that runs chrome will work.

If your wanting to prep ahead of time then come mobile with an app idea already in mind and presign up for the google play developer console.

What development platform or IDE, so to speak will you be teaching?

Boilerplate code base is availalbe at github.

We’ll be using this along with github pages to build our application before turning it into an android native webview app.

Its up to the developer for their choice of IDE. Personally I use both cloud9 and vim but anything that can work with git and produce static js/css/html files would work.
