I’m 99.999% sure this probably is not geared to a smaller non-profit like us but still is A logical solution and a fascinating concept of material goods - usage, consumption, commoditization, and churn.

That would be sweet… Volunteers could test/repair things and they can be distributed as working, clean items to other non-profits. Some things could be kept and used for classes (tools, Arduino/Pi stuff, etc…)
