Advice/Experience on Caster Conversion for Tiny Table Saw

I am wanting to convert my 24" Craftsman saw table to more easy portability by adding some casters. Since I’m a complete cheapskate, that probably means some crappy equipment from Harbor Freight, but let’s face facts; this ain’t a cabinet making business and schlepping this thing from parking spot to usable area in a 2 car garage isn’t exactly running the 24 Heures du Mans.
I’d like to contrive some rig so that the table sits on its current bumpers while in use, making it nice and stable, and then “converts” to the casters with a lever flip or footstep, kind of like those step ladders in hardware stores. I’d considered making them spring loaded, like library stools, but I don’t think that’ll do what I want, so I wanted to toss it out there for the collective engineering team. Simple, cheap, effective, cheap, and, um… cheap…
Once more, I appreciate any input or experiences anyone has or can provide a link for someone else having had so I can make this as painless and successful as possible. Built on the shoulders of comers before, as they say.

Thank you!

I would put two swivel casters on one end at an angle so that you can lift up the other end of the saw and engage the casters, roll it to where you want it like a wheelbarrow, then put it down and it will be steady again.
