Adobe Illustrator Not Opening

Hello, when I try to open Adobe Illustrator 2019 it opens for a couple of seconds then closes. Anyone else have this issue?

Is it on any specific computer? I had a similar issue with Photoshop on one of the design computers a couple days ago.
