Good Morning,
I don’t know who is in charge of support tickets but I reached out to someone in regards of my account. My account was terminated even though I specifically requested to pay at a certain date without notice. I find this to be pretty ridiculous, at the lack of response. I also sent this ticket prior to my termination cancelation and still haven’t received an answer yet. If someone can help with this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.
