I took the online class for Poly Printer Basics last week but I am not able to login to the printer computer terminals. Can you suggest what I need to do next. Do I take it class again?

If you did not get a 100% score on the final test, then you need to take the course again. It “should” add you to the AD group if you scored 100% on the test.
