Such a unique key layout. The keyboard has some of the special German key caps, such as the Umlaut. But the typical German keyboard has the Z and the Y key caps swapped because the Z is more common in that language. Only about a dozen words in the German dictionary use the letter Y.

FYI . . . did you know that you can spell the word “typewriter” on one row of keys of a standard QWERTY keyboard or on an old fashion typewriter?
