Is their anyone certified to train on the vacuum form tool? I haven’t seen any classes in a bit. I am also up for one-on-one and would be willing to compensate someone for their time.

I think so. There isn’t a major pre requirement for that area

They start at 630 so if we can do it sometime between 5 and 6 that would be awesome
I’m not so sure. It’s not a hugely difficult machine, but she’s only a user. Capt (who is not on Talk) is the standard teacher for the vacuform.
@nicksilva – does it matter on this, since the Plastics SIG is under Machine Shop?
And if not, I can have Capt put up a class.

It was originally, but with all the expanding and contracting, it’s moving over to the new Plastics SIG… You now know everything about that that I know…

Well, we’ve kinda run past Tuesday. Is that always a good day for you?
During the summer I can do almost any night. This week I can’t do Wednesday or Thursday night.
How about next Wednesday?

We’re waiting for the hit on who gets to hold what classes. This Wednesday now too soon for us to hold a general class, but we’ll see. Capt might do one on one, if it looks like that falls out as non-required.

Did we ever get an answer on this? I had plans to do a candy mold class and figured it would satisfy the training requirement for anyone who took it
