If any printer needs repair or general maintenance, please do the following:

1̶.̶ ̶S̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶ ̶e̶m̶a̶i̶l̶ ̶t̶o̶:̶ ̶3̶D̶F̶a̶b̶-̶S̶u̶p̶p̶o̶r̶t̶@̶D̶a̶l̶l̶a̶s̶M̶a̶k̶e̶r̶s̶p̶a̶c̶e̶.̶o̶r̶g̶

1. Log the issue via the ticket system ( https://dallasmakerspace.org/helpdesk )
2. Tape one of the (half) sheets to the affected printer with the info filled out so others know what the issue is, and that it’s been reported.

Just a head’s up… Regarding reporting issues in general - including 3D Fab resources, we (Dallas Makerspace) are moving toward using our new ticket system to report issues. You’ll notice more notices about it in the next week or so; but, are encouraged to start using it now. :smile:
