Do we have any people who would like to enter an ice cream making contest? The 20th Annual Killis Melton Ice Cream Crank-Off will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015, in Chestnut Square Historic Village in McKinney. Last year, over three thousand people enjoyed the tastes of homemade ice cream, great music, magic shows, and fun kids’ activities. We are expecting more people this year to enjoy our festivities.
There is no application fee for the Crank-Off. All crankers are asked to bring an aide to take tickets for the ice cream tasting and, it would be greatly appreciated, if crankers could provide 2-3 gallons of (pre-cranked) ice cream for tasting.
