By my count we are down to around 28 remaining boards for the September maker showcase called 10x10 I plastered the walls with posters in hopes to get people interested in participating. But, it seems directly talking to people about the show and the possibility of showcasing talents seems to be the best way to go about this task. I’ve probably asked/positive peer pressured you - if not it’s only a matter of time.
In short- creative arts wants to showcase 100 different dms members with WHAT you do and HOW you do it. Everyone will solve the problem differently-that’s the beauty. It need not be made from the wood. It need not be “art” it just needs to be “you” or something you enjoy making. It must be constrained to the 10x10 format.
All the instructions that I could think of are on the back of the board along with my email for questions. Please consider participating in this. Visually it will be awesome and this is a way to show off a bit to everyone involved. Boards are located as soon as you enter the creative arts room on right - the table Frank Lima designed and built.

Is this an annual event or a one-time thing?
I have several ideas, but nothing I can finish in several weeks.

I suppose that’s up for discussion. We haven’t formulated 2016 shows yet. What we will probably do is see how this one turns out and react accordingly.

Are the instructions (i.e., submittal dates) available somewhere? I also looked on the Facebook page and couldn’t find them there either.
