Would 100watt be enough to cut thin metal or dibond?

Probably not. I tried cutting Dibond with the laser and it won’t work. The power required to cut the aluminum (even at .012 thick) melts the plastic. It wasn’t even a clean cut. From what I understand with Dibond, using a router will give you the best cut. Check out page 24 on this manual: Dibond Fabrication

To cut thin metals you need at least 200watts and even the it requires a power supply that pulses to get the peak power to about 300watts for the start of cuts.
