I’ve updated the warmup program. The old one just spun the spindle in one direction. Since we’ve been seeing more spindle and y travel faults, I’ve changed the warm up to run at the same speeds, but now it spins clockwise, pauses, spins counter clockwise, pauses and then moves the table in a figure 8. This change now means that you will NOT be able to begin setting up your job until the warmup has finished since the table will be moving.
A preliminary program is loaded and I will work at making it more efficient and smaller.
