Unofficial* DMS logo (the new 'fox logo')

Here is an unofficial* logo that you may see around DMS (nicknamed the fox logo), you are free to use it however you see fit. I’m just posting this to try and spread it, the PR committee did the awesome job of designing this.

I like it also, captures more of the diversity of the Makerspace and The Fox is a friend of the Midnight Makers*. Ooowwwwwww!

*quasi-psuedo-somewhat-unofficial logo of the self-described Midnight Makers.

Is there a place on the wiki where they can be downloaded like the traditional logo?

Meh. Mechanics and artists. Seems a little 2D? What about wood shop, metal shop, machine shop, pottery, electronics, etc?

I guess the Fox could have kits with different embedded images. I think that’s what is cool about this logo, can be adopted/adapted by Makers. But wouldn’t Wood torturers want a Beaver?

Maybe the main logo with a circle of kits around it showing the different adaptions. Or maybe not.

Bignoodle or something like that. The font file is also in the PR folder with the svg files for the font.

I like that the stylized M looks like a fox. “Clever like a fox.” Adds to why I like the logo.

I’ve added voting for the proposed new logo to the annual membership meeting, as well as to the online voting system. The online voting/proxy will work the same as for the Board of Directors Election.

Online voting starts on April 7th at 7pm and ends on April 14th at 7pm.

Nice. I like it. At first I wanted it to have more “Dallas” in it, but
the old logo doesn’t have any either.
