There is a cheat sheet printed out next to the printers that describes some troubleshooting tips when this error occurs. We’re working on tracking down the source of this error, but often times refreshing the web page is enough to fix it.

Thank you for letting us know you were experiencing an issue with other day. As Sean (@zootboy) pointed out, there is a “cheat sheet” taped to the tables near the printers and PCs regarding this error message.

Also, going forward please also make note in the maintenance log and tape a note on the affected printer to let others know the issue has been reported.
