Have you been through one of the training classes for the printers? This sounds like either you’re not waiting for the bed to heat up or the filament jam sensor hasn’t been loaded correctly.

Thank you for the follow-up to the issue you were experiencing the other day.

It sounds as if the follow-up is likely a different issue. Did you get it worked out? If you continue to have the same issue, please send an e-mail to: [email protected] with more details, such as:
Have you tried a different printer? If the same thing happens on multiple printers, it could either be the file, or you aren’t waiting long enough. It takes about ten (10) minutes for the heated bed to heat up. You can watch the temperature via OctoPrint to confirm it’s still heating up, etc… If the issue only occurs on one printer, please be sure to let us know which printer, full error message (in-case it’s different from the couple listed on the ‘cheat sheet’), and the steps you’ve taken to clear the error (“reset printer using red reset button”, etc…). Please also remember to log any issues in the maintenance log and tape a note on the affected printer to let others know the issue has been reported. .
