[RESOLVED] Laser stuck in "reset" mode on control panel

Control panel on Full Spectrum laser is stuck on some sort of “reset” mode. Tried pressing all the buttons and consulted the manual to no avail. Don’t want to unplug anything, especially power. Ticket has been submitted.

Help…

Unless something has changed significantly from when I took the training, the Big Red Button might be a good course of action. Actuate it, wait a minute, then reset the button. ( twist to pop out if I remember correctly. )

That did it! Full Spectrum laser back online!

Oscar, I just logged into the ticket system and noticed that you had opened a ticket already! WOW ~ THANKS!!! I apologize for suggesting you open a ticket - without checking the ticket system first! (Usually I notice the e-mail notifications when new tickets are opened… I had logged into TALK before checking my e-mail tonight though… Sorry and THANKS again!!! :slight_smile: )
