Spencers used to sell a gag shocker thingie. Essentially is was a capacitor in a molded plastic bomb shape. You would charge it in a battery powered station, take it out and toss it to unsuspecting “friends.” If you did not know how to handle it without completing the circuit, ZAAAaapp…
